Have any of you bought or tried to buy a house that was a short sale? If so, how did it go for you and what kind of deal were you able to get?
I just missed out on one here in Omaha, listed at 166K 4 years ago, down to 129K as of last month, short sale home. It sold for under 100K. Very pissed I missed it. 3 bed, 3 bath, 2200 Sq Ft. Millard North area.
I was just wondering if any of you had some experience with short sales, good or bad.
