I really like what Callahan said about today's game. You hear him talk and you can tell he really cares about how these kids played. Also talked about Glenn and LeKevin Smith. Next stop Baylor!

Not sure where to add this, but I guess it fits here. If any of y'all listened to the call in show after the game, Milt Tenopir called in about 10:00. He said he's in contact with the coaches at least once a week and often visits practice. He had nothing but praise for the entire staff and all the players, even going so far to say that D. Wagner is a better O-line coach than he was. The man coached at NU for 29 years, if anyone can bring perspective to the team it would be him. He has nothing but respect and praise for the entire team. He didn't blame anyone for the loss and sees our program heading in the right direction. Surely if someone like him feels strongly enough about it to make his thoughts known on the radio, we humble and largely ignorant fans should hold the same hope and respect. :thumbs

I was also tuned in when Milt called...I sure wish Milt could have taken over the rest of the show with his thoughts rather than listen to Gary. I was really pleased with what Milt had to say, as he is a very well respected person.

That won't happen because those fans will call Milt an idiot and out on an agenda only because he was fired by the former regime
