***Can be served on it’s own, or a good filling for tacos, burritos, or enchiladas. It can also be served over rice.
Mix one container of Bueno Red Chile, 1-lb. of diced pork, 3-4 cloves minced garlic, 1 Tsp. salt and 1 Tsp, oregano. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
Roast in a 350 degree oven covered in foil for 3-1/2 hours. Stir halfway through and take off the foil for the last 1/2 hour. That seems like a long time, but, your kitchen will smell like heaven the whole time!
