Cashless Memorial Stadium Thoughts?

Curious others thoughts who were at the game, but I thought it was a failure.  Every transaction took longer, all lines were longer, it overly complicated transactions in the stands, and just overall not a good experience.  IMO it’d be fine to go cashless in the concourses, but the hawkers should be able to take cash.  I use Apple Pay all the time in my daily life, but when at sporting events it’s just easier to hand the kid cash and get my food, quick in and out.

I was okay with it because I watched it on Fox in my livingroom. Does seem like a good idea for the vendors to not have to deal with shortages or stealing accusations though.

Cash at big events is going the way of physical tickets. Thought it went really well, all things considered.
