[SIZE=20pt]***Use A 10-in. Cast-Iron Skillet [/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1 Cup Cornmeal[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1 Tsp. Salt[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1 Can Creamed Corn[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]2 Eggs[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1/2 Cup Milk[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1 Onion, Chopped[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]3 Jalapenos, Diced[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil[/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]Put Vegetable Oil in skillet. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=20pt]Preheat oven and skillet at 450 degrees.

Mix all ingredients, except oil. [/SIZE]


[SIZE=20pt]Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done. [/SIZE]
