Just my hunch, but when you don't tell anyone (assuming he did not tell the PSU coaches) about this, that means he is switching, again just my feeling.

My guess is the PSU coaches know. However, the recruiting services thought he was solid to PSU and were shocked when they learned this morning that he was visiting NU. He committed to PSU in February, so he very well could be looking around with all the events that unfolded over the past few months. He is only marked with low interest in NU though... so he could just be making a trip to make sure PSU is right for him. Rivals should report more tonight or tomorrow so we should get some details then.

Just read that Gladney and Ross are friends, and they have been playing 7 on 7 together this summer. Ross also brought his Dad with. All the ingredients for a switch IMO.

He was also at the The Opening, and ran a 4.59 40

4. Ross Douglass, CB, Avon (Ohio) High School – The defensive back group in Columbus was very strong and had a lot of depth to it. On this day, Penn State commit Ross Douglas was our pick for the top player of the talented group. He doesn’t have the height and length that is ideal in a corner prospect but he was the most fluid and natural defender in coverage at the event.

Douglas has great feet, flips his hips with ease and he also has some make-up speed to recover in tight spaces. The only thing he seems to be missing is that prototype height.

I thought there was some unwritten gentlemen rule in the B1G that you can't contact a recruit after he's committed within the B1G.
