Probably both true. I remember he did some locker room cleaning his first year or so. 3 years is not a long time but with the poor seasons I can understand it. I think there is still a player attitude problem and the next coach will have to fix that. Hard to feel too sorry for someone when they get $10M+ and can jump back onto the carousel.Although technically both could be true - and probably are.
