Changing Profile Picture

I am having problems with changing my profile picture. I recently updated my picture with a new one, only to have my old one show back up on my profile. When I click on "edit profile" and go to "change profile picture", it shows my new picture. What is the problem here?

Nope, no approval process. It could be something as simple as taking a while to propagate to the multiple servers on which we all view HB.
