I would guess, trying to get the kids to dress appropriately to represent a major public university. Not that they can all afford his attire by any means, but dressing like gang bangers and common thugs should be discouraged. Not saying either Nebraska or Oregon State have that problem. Just a role model approach. Just my guess.
