Nebraska 38, Cincinnati 21.

I will give a little more thoughts here. I think the game starts with Nebraska and Cincinnati trading blows, but the defense eventually tightens up, Nebraska cruises to a 21-7 lead, and generally keeps distance from Cincinnati the rest of the way. Game doesn't feel "over" until 4th quarter, but Cincinnati doesn't seriously threaten Nebraska.

Our offense dinks and doinks the ball downfield all game long in a controlled fashion. The Bearcats dual threat QB is no threat from the bench.

Cincinnati is going to struggle to run the ball all night. Will have a handful of big pass plays but won't get more than 10 points off them. Nebraska finally defies the Vegas odds and puts a team away proper.
 
I predict that I will be happy with any win in this game, although a two touchdown margin would be much preferred.

I don't even want to think about a loss.

Let's hope they're not looking past this game to Akron.

Nebraska goes up early and hangs on 31-21.
