Anyone know any good books or reading on the Civil War, we're discussing it in class, but I've always been very interested in it and wanted to learn more about it and become a mini Civil War buff.

I dabbled in civil war reading a few years back. If you are in college and just going to read a book or two for a class you might want to start with “Don’t Know Much about the Civil War” by Ken Davis. It’s an easy, quick read that conveys a lot of info.

Also, there are tons of great websites that a quick Google will turn up. Have fun!
