Coaches Poll

The Huskers were the biggest faller in the Coaches Poll, down 8 spots to #19. We're now one spot behind Marshall.

My opinion, we should have dropped out. That wasn't even close to a top-25 performance last night.

 
Well that was a gift we didn't deserve. If we're one of the top 25 teams in the country, cfb is in some dire straits.

Likely just an occurrence of timing.

Last week we drop 3 without playing; this week most of the teams already behind us also lost............

Yes, college football is in dire straits. In two weeks the discussion has gone from what 1 loss teams might make the playoff to now what two loss team might make the playoffs.

Just goes to show you that the only college football these guys watch is film of their teams game and film of the team they play next week.

Yeah I am surprised too, but then again cfb is crazy. Couple weeks after Georgia gives up 400 rushing to Florida they beat auburn, a team with a better rushing attack

 
Somebody has to fill the 25 spots. If a blowout loss is what keeps you out of the top 25, it might be tough to get 25 teams. That said, we'd probably have trouble beating most or all of the ranked teams below us.

 
Shouldn't be in the Top 25, simple as that, you don't give up points and yards like that if you're in the Top 25 in the nation. Ridiculous............
