Silly rankings system. No way can someone have enough visibility to assess an internal staff, let alone compare each coach to 800+ others.

But people love their rankings. And the recruitniks will feed that need.

I don't think they're actually assessing the staff's abilities. They're assigning points to each staff member based on which recruits they were listed as being the primary or secondary recruiter for. Basically the class rankings broken out by who each coach recruited. That's a lot of the reason why Cav is our highest-rated recruiter - we have more OL commits than any other position.

So it's done by proxy.
