Cody Green in Lincoln

Father/son deal is what caused Frost to initially bolt to Stanford. Did you welcome him back?
The first time I saw Frost play was against asu in 1996, so no I was looking to hunt that motherf**ker down after that game - He didn't prove himself until the following year.

So excited about getting a multi threat QB and a tall receiver to throw to.. If someone wants to play at KU instead of NU after this season.....let em go! Ask Josh Freeman how that worked out at KSU and how Gabbert will be talking soon at Mizzou.

You have no idea how great I have felt about beating Josh Freeman every year he was a starter. The best part is that two of our wins were complete and total domination of KSU. Just think, if he had committed to NU he may have been in Joe Ganz's place this year, and would have been a Husker legend in the first rebuilding year of Bo Pelini. Instead, he had dismal seasons at KSU and will be drafted late because he had a very unsuccessful career at KSU.

I think Young was only using Nebraska to try and get leverage on KU for playing time if he re-committed. He is just a manipulator, a baby. We don't need his kind at Nebraska. We need kids that want to be part of the program, and know coming in that if they work their tails off and actually earn playing time, they will get it. We didn't have that under Callahan, we have it back now under Bo.

After he flip flopped twice, if I was Bo, I wouldn't want him back...too wishy washy for me. I want kids that KNOW that Nebraska is where they want to play and why.

Clint Bowen or the Pelini's? Tough choice.

Even tougher when you look at what Pelini did with a defense that played guys like Koehler and Wortman for significant snaps this year at LB. And no offense to those guys, but those guys aren't exactly dripping talent.

:yeah

I am so pumped to think what our "D" is going to be like when we actually have D-1 talent and depth at LB!!!

I think we have something like three million redshirt freshmen to draw from this season, including some of our more touted defensive guys from the first class. It's amazing to think that Pelini crushed the speed of Clemson with Nebraska walk-ons. Now imagine what it'll be like if a couple of these guys live up to the hype in the coming seasons.
