According to several newspapers ...Coker has been fired. Rutgers head coach is top choice....No mention of Blake

Coker is out in Miami, but will coach them in the bowl if they play in one but is done after that. I hope that they don't get the Rutgers coach but I would rather have them take him than try to get Blake.

I dont see Miami going to any bowl game. Any bowl streak they have ends this year. 6-6 overall record with a 3-5 ACC record? That's 8th in the ACC.

I agree, but I would think that he would go to Michigan State before Iowa State IMO.........

nightmare senario: coker comes to iowa state. that's not the bad part.

the bad part is coker offering john blake the defensive coordinator's job. that would stink!
