TCU and UTerus square off for game 3 tomorrow to decide who comes to Omaha. Given the recent events, it would be quite comical to see how many UTerus fans would make the trip to Omaha for a week. I could see the slack jawed Texans getting a fair amount of abuse-not to mention their team getting boo'd.

I doubt it, one of the remarks that I keep hearing during super-regional coverage and the reason why Omaha has the WS is because the players and teams regardless of schools get treated like royalty. So even though there may be a hangover from the Big 12 Football Title game how does that really affect baseball? Who are you really pissed about the 1 second thing anyhow, Texas or the Refs? Mack Brown didn't have the power to add the 1 second even though the conspiracy theory nuts out there want to believe that because Brown is a more public figure than the referee that put it there.

Texas caused the implosion of the Big 12 because they wanted THEIR tv network, not a Big 12 one. Typical Texas arrogance, and this time it cost them the conference.
