Kind of off subject but how about what's going on in Boulder with Dan Hawkins splitting QB time between his son Cody Hawkins and Freshman Tyler Hansen. Pretty big move to dump Hansen's redshirt not to mention benching his own son. I guess that's the chance you take when you decide to play for your dad.

For those that don't know, Tyler Hansen looked pretty good against KSU, especially for a true freshman.

Cody has been really stinking up the place though lately so I can understand the move. When you coach a team and your son is playing for that team it still is about what's best for the team in the long run. That's a heads-up decision by Coach Hawkins and shows that he's a coach first, father second when it comes to the team.
