So he has all those credits to finish so that he can join the team in the FALL of 08? I would put an asterisk next to him, something tells me he never ends up in Lincoln.

Wallace Franklin. Apparently he is good enough to qualify at ISU. He is listed as a starting receiver in Phil Steele's College Football Preview.

Well with him just needing 12 credits per semester, having a little more motivation, and summer school available if he screws up, I think he's got a decent chance of making it. [Knocks on wood.]
