reguardless of antonio gates' problems on and off the field, the bottom line is that he is a great football player, and is a dominant TE...wouldn't mind having a TE like this minus his troubles...herian anyone??? at least for next year but after him it would be nice for Allen to come in after him and fill his spot as a big play threat...

 
eventhough he did his lil hold out think he didnt turn it into a to thing which is good, plus i would take the league leader for te in td catches anyday... woo hoo cant wait for next year and herian to be back

 
If I was getting the league minimum and was one of the top TE's (arguable the top with Tony Gonzalez) then I believe I would want what I was worth, don't you?

If you were the vice-president of a company, would you want to be paid like a mail-room boy or be paid like you should? Same applies to Gates.
