Conference Expansion/Changes Topics

With all the talk about conference expansion/realignment, seems that it might be appropriate to start a sub-forum dealing with just that topic - at least until things settle out. So, until then, please post all topics concerning conference expansion or realignment into the new Conference Expansion sub-forum. Just look up - there it is above Rumorville.
