Congrats to Zac Lee

Im here to say, congratulations to our quarterback Zac Lee. He performed at a high level in his first start in the big leagues.

I have heard enough about Cody Green. Dont get me wrong, i am very excited about CG and the future of the program, but we need to stand behind our STARTER and give him more credit then what i have seen so far on the board.

So hears to you MR. Lee, :clap we know you will have a great year leading the big red machine.

After seeing him play, I am excited. He played extre,ely well and I am glad that he is our QB!!!!

In two years, Cody "the freak" Green can take the reins!

 
Absolutely. There should be ten threads about people excited about Zac Lee for every one thread about Cody Green. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be true.

Zac looked sharp. Very, very sharp. He made good decisions on nearly every play . . . and his one interception was a good decision . . . just poorly executed. I give him an A.

 
Moar Green :leghump: pleez! I'm pretty sure if that vocal minority humps his leg just a little harder, they'll stop bothering us with those ridiculous posts.

And yes, Lee did great for his first game, congrats to him.

"Zac Lee’s a first-time quarterback, I’m going to blitz him all day,’ ” Pelini said. “Whatever. I hope they do.”

And guess what happened.....Lee took it for 13 yards and got a first down. Lee is defidently faster than Ganz and he's also got an accurate cannon. I can't wait to see Lee play again this coming up Saturday.

I know tell me about it. Man it feels SO MUCH BETTER that College Football is back.....there is nothing better than College Football season......other than sex :lol:
