Congratulations on the win

Euroct

Walk-on
Congrats. Well played game. Hope your guys that got dinged up will be okay. If you were at the game I hope you had a good time and no trouble from the purple fans (very unlikely).

Anyway good luck the rest of the year and see you on the basketball court!

GO CATS!

Same back at you Euroct....any news on the young man that got carted off? Hope it was just precautionary and he can return soon. We may be thrilled today, but I can assure you, even the strong koolaid drinkers like me were concerned before the game yesterday. It's scary playing against a team that is both tough AND smart. Good luck the rest of the year.

Your Defense looked pretty damn good even in defeat, good game cats. Good luck on your year.

Why can't all fans be this classy? Best of luck rest of the way man. It is nail biting the way you guys play us tough every year... but I don't think I'll ever harbor an ounce of ill will towards you like some other unnamed teams.

Northwestern is a classy, well-run, very successful team.

I read this little bit in the Chicago Tribune. Sounds like that young man that got hurt (Shuler?) is going to be ok. Good article on the game:

"And Nebraska players were visibly shaken after Northwestern receiver Miles Shuler was immobilized after a third-quarter collision with safety Corey Cooper. The stadium went silent before Shuler, who raised his right hand to offer a thumbs-up, was carefully wheeled off the field.

"The tests came back clear," Fitzgerald said, "so it sounds positive."

Also read this from Rittenberg:

RT @TeddyGreenstein: Great news on Miles Shuler ... Released from hosp; all tests clear; injury deemed not significant, likely a stinger.
