Cook pleased with first day of practice

Nebraska coach John Cook liked more things than he didn’t on the first day of volleyball practice at the Devaney Sports Center.

The Huskers practiced twice on opening day, including a three-hour practice on Monday afternoon. Three more two-a-days are coming this week, with only three weeks to prepare for the first match on Aug. 28.
