Jackson shouldn’t be forgotten

Nebraska senior Cory Ross is a proven threat at running back.
Marlon Lucky, Leon Jackson and Cody Glenn are ballyhooed recruits who could make an immediate impact in the backfield.

We must not forget Brandon Jackson, a sophomore-to-be who ran a 4.38-second 40-yard dash (hand held) prior to the start of winter conditioning.

Ross raves about the 6-foot, 210-pound Jackson, predicting big things for the Mississippi native in 2005.

This is why I think Ross is going to be a captain this year. All he wants for the Huskers this season is success and he loves competition.

I didn't know Jax ran a 4.38, he's also got a big frame at about 225. Certainly more of a straight ahead runner. He'll screw up a couple of defenders with his speed. Deception

This is great to hear. One of the reasons the Yankees don't win every year is that they don't have that 'chemistry' that champions need. I don't think NU had any sort of chemistry last year, and hopefully this year it will be much different and will result in much better performances on the field.
