I made this potato recipe yesterday for dinner for the first time and we really liked it. It is easy to make too so that is a big plus.
Crockpot Garlic Ranch Potatoes:
***The recipe called for red potatoes, but, I didn’t have any so I used Russet potatoes.
3-lbs. Red Potatoes, Washed & Cut Into Quarters
***I Just Covered The Bottom Of Crockpot With Washed & Quartered Cut Potatoes
5 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Packet Hidden Valley
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Chopped Chives For Serving-(Opt.)
Lightly grease a large crockpot with butter and place the washed and quartered potatoes inside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Olive Oil, Hidden Valley, Garlic Powder, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Cover and cook on low 5-7 hours or on high 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender-(I cooked them on low.)
Serve hot with chives, if desired.
