Crockpot Italian Chicken:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1/2 cup water
1-(8-oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1-(4-oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
***I would use fresh sliced mushrooms
Wash chicken breasts, season with salt or Seasoned Salt and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot.
Combine Salad Dressing Mix and water.
Pour over chicken breasts and cook on low for 3 hours.
Mix soup, Cream Cheese and mushrooms.
Pour over chicken and cook 1 more hour or until chicken is done.
Serve over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
