Nah, I know Dane (was in the same fraternity as him) and he would care less about catching the ball. He was happy with doing what was best for the team. Plus he had terrible hands (don't think he could lift his arms much over his head ).

Yep, from what I've read, he really wanted to be a doctor. I don't think he even wanted to play in the NFL.

he worked out at Nebraska pro day though, so I was confused at that also, anyways from what I have heard of him, he is a really nice hard working guy.
