Davonte Neal - the next human highlight reel?

Check this guy out on the free (for now) Rivals article. High school freshman, already has two offers (ASU and BC). Looks to be the next Noel Devine, with a crazy highlight reel at only 15 years old. Dad owns a training center for aspiring NFL players and has him working out constantly. Sounds like he has a lot of potential.

Nowhere close to the highlight reel of Noel Devine. Kid looks like a damm good player, but Devine's tape was something unreal.
