Assessing the talent: Hornsby is spectacular on both sides of the ball. He had close to 500 yards receiving, but the defense is where he did his damage and where he is being projected in college. He had 135 tackles and five interceptions on defense. Very solid size, speed. And aggressive to the ball with room to grow. He has plans to enroll in January and skip his prom.
Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: 2% Very much a long shot here. He’s got a group of schools he likes and will be difficult to sway him.
