Interesting, maybe one of those OLB positions in Diaco’s defense? Seems too light to play 3-4 DE and I know Indiana runs a 4-3.

 
Well, looking at his film 6'4" I'd be surprised if he's still 200, but even if he definitely has a frame you can put some good weight on. Looks pretty agile and quick too.

I'm not sure what position we're recruiting him for, but I agree he's got a ways to go to be a 3-4 DE.

I listed him as a DE because that's what the services have but Weakside DE and OLB are all but the same thing.

 
Sorry, i forgot to mention, this is the type of frame and athleticism I think they are looking for at field side OLB. Put 35-40 lbs on him and be about perfect for that with his athleticism.

Yep, I think that's the most likely spot.

 
Does this seem like a player to try and fill what the staff was hoping Micah would fill? Obviously Micah is a take either way, but this would seem like trying to fill a similar spot.

Disclaimer: I know that Micah is more than likely a huge long shot with how our season is going and coaching position outlook. Seems like that might be the rational for this type of offer.
