Deer Pinwheels:

1 Deer Tenderloin

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese

4 T. Cajun Seasoning

1 Pkg. Bacon, Uncooked





Directions:

1. Slice tenderloin 4 inch long and 1 inch wide strips (to make a pinwheel).

2. Spread cream cheese on strips and roll in to pinwheels.

3. Wrap each pinwheel in 1 strip of bacon, tightly.

4. Roll wrapped pinwheels in cajun seasoning.

5. Place on a cookie sheet in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

6. After baking, drain off oil and broil pinwheels on low, browning bacon on both sides.
