Deer Season

So....how did everyone's deer season go?

My son shot a decent 4x4 mule deer with about a 200 yard shot. I had a chance to get a number of 2x2s but didn't really feel like going through the work of cleaning a little one.

All in all, another great deer season spending time with my son.

4 down so far with my bow, gave up the rifle hunting years ago. 1 120ish 4x4 and 3 does. last buck tag is always saved for a good one. ill prolly toss the last doe tag I don't like killing them after rut. that could be a 5 years away trophies momma. seeing lots of deer this season and a some real bruisers .

I shot this old bastard opening day after sitting in the stand for maybe 20 minutes! The old butthead decided to run about 30 yards and die in the creek though!
