defensive strategy??

Yeah, it will be on ESPN at like 6:45 central time. I am pretty sure that's when it starts. I will be watching, because I want to see their offense.

 
Thanks. I was trying to figure out what time that would be when I'm at school, but I'll be in Lincoln that day and my school is in the same time zone!! (losing my mind, one brain cell at a time.....)

 
Yep. I will be watching the Husker game, then watching that game to see what we are up against this season. I can't wait. GBR!

 
We have to mix it up in order to contain them defensively... Dont give the quarterback, whoever it ends up being, any easy reads. Make him think. I am not concerned to much with stopping the run, as we were very stout angainst traditional style running teams last year, and USC has issues at runningback, but we need to make their inexperienced quarterback think under pressure. If they still had Leinart, I would say play conservative and hope to pressure with front four, but with a new guy in their, you have to put him on the ground a few times early and get into his head. Multiple blitz packages, and make sure to disguise them before the play.
