If they are in the east then they are automatically better than UT,UK and Vandy.

I'd say they are just a good as South Carolina year in and year out.

Don't know how often they will compete with UF and UGA for the division crown.

UGA, UF and UT can only be down for so long, as a Carolina fan I know this and we've greatly benefited from it. Mizzou will be on our level as far as competing for the division so you're looking at maybe once or so every decade.
