I'm sure that Washington wouldn't allow AP to sign a LOI if they thought that it wasn't kosher. From the sounds of posts from a competing board, AP wanted to get enrolled in school this Spring and it didn't happen here, so he sought greener pastures. Perhaps his LOI with Nebraska was nonbinding because he was unable to get enrolled at NU, or maybe BC released him from his LOI, so that the young man could get a decent chance of starting next season somewhere else. Who knows...it's purely speculation. It all will be explained soon enough. I just wish Palmer the best.
Losing Deas was heartbreaking. I really was hoping we'd get him.
Yah, the day hasn't gone as well as it could have.
