I agree with you there. In 2-3 years, we will find out exactly how good this past year's class is. As for this class, losing Deas sucks, but is not the end of the world. If Palmer doesn't come here, that also sucks, but is not the end of the world. I see the d-backfield containing Tierre, Grixby/Jones, Bowman and either Shanle or one of the newcomers back there. I think they will be solid, with lots of help on the way with Young, Thenarse, Culbert, West all coming into the fold. Defensive tackle should be fine next year, but after that it may get on the thin side. I think this class has lots of solid players in it. Not quite the high profile name class of last season, but they got what they needed and I think Kenny Wilson was the cherry on top.Yeah, two freshman all americans, a starting quarterback, two contributers at i-back and dt, one at cornerback and a starting right tackle at the end of the year... Find a team that played that many newcomers who went 8-4. Must have been a real horrible class. :sarcasm
