Despite loss, good reports from recruits on hand

After checking some of the recruiting sites I'm subscribed to, it looks like the recruits that were on hand Saturday were blown away by the atmosphere at the game. Some who committed to other schools (like Iowa recruit Riley Reiff) have reopened their commitment, and all the Husker verbals said that it was awesome. While it sucks to get our a$$ handed to us, at least the kids had a good time and are excited about either being Huskers or potentially becoming them.

Those are "officials", there were another 20 or so recruits who were unofficials.

 
From what I hear, the outcome of the game usually isn't important...which is good for us because at least at the beginning I know it was extra loud.
