Did anyone else smile...........

yes, I did.
Me too. Count me a Zac Lee fan. He's a good kid and played hard for us last year. The kid took a beating. I became a fan of his during that Mizzou game last year. He's a trooper. In the attitude department, him and Cody provide such a stark contrast to T-Mart.

Yep....his sideline attitude speaks volumes for what kind of player he is....he is always smiling and congratulating Green and Martinez. A real team player.

Even though its just a rumor. I would take a less talented but better attitude Zac Lee, vs a Extremely talented but prick attitude Taylor Martinez. But i hope Taylor isnt like that.

I laughed when he threw it.. all those rumors about how he was done and yet he seemed fine.

so much for those doctor rumors.. or either that nebraska seriously needs to look at getting a new doctor for its staff...

which begs the question......

does t-mart really have turf toe or IS THE BOOT SIMPLY ON THE WRONG FOOT?????

He is actualy 100% and Ricky is the hurt one.. they just got confused because they both wear #3

He didn't have a lot of "oomph" to his throws. I think he's still injured, and Bo just wanted him to go out the right way.

Yes sir I did. Zac did everything a player could for us. Played through what had to be a tough injury just to get harshed out on by us.

Congrats Zac. You have great character young man.

Yes, it was really nice to see Zac out there one last time in Lincoln...but what about Washington? Shouldn't he have gotten a snap?

:bonesflag:
I was rooting for Washington to get in there too. He's been through a lot for NU and changed positions several times and basically worked his butt off to do whatever was best for the team. I was really hoping he was going to get in there. They kept showing him on the sidelines smiling and laughing with his teammates. Classy guy.

i congratulate zac because he could have hung it up a long time ago. however, those of you saying his performance today was great should go back and re-watch the film. those throws were HORRIBLE. its obvious hes still hurting.
