UG's time outs in the second half. I didn't understand how they carried two TOs until the last part of the game. In the second half, they burned a TO by challenging for a safety on Tommy. Then, their QB called one because he didn't like the play called against NU's defense. Those were in the 3rd quarter, but ESPN showed them carrying two TOs well into the fourth quarter. What did I miss?
