I also forgot to mention that Fielding Yost's first D1 head coaching job was with Nebraska in 1898 where he went 8-3. He only coached at Nebraska for one year and then went to Kansas for a year in 1899 and finished 10-0. Then he headed west for a year to coach Stanford in 1900 and went 7-2-1. He finally settled in Michigan for the rest of his coaching career from 1901-1926 where he went 165-29-10.

I was interested to see where Joe Paterno and Bobby Bowden would be on this list. Joe is at 394-129-3 with a 75% winning percentage. Bobby is at 373-119-4...I think that is his total career and that is a 76% winning percentage. Just thought you guys would be interested to see that to compare it with Tom Osborne. He was at 255-49-3. Pretty impressive!
