Made prime rib with sauce, cauliflower and broccoli with cheese sauce, biscuits and I made a new recipe for garlic mashed potatoes/ pumpkin pie for dessert for Xmas. I used Pioneer Woman’s garlic mashed potato recipe and now I am spoiled! I will always use cream cheese when I make mashed potatoes from now on.
My Favorite Prime Rib Sauce:
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Horseradish
Ground Black Pepper, To Taste Or White Pepper
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a bowl: Cover and refrigerate.
I eyeballed ingredients for the garlic mashed potatoes because I didn’t use as many potatoes as she did.
