I made the best roast beef ever last night. I don't want you all to think I am a bragger..just trying to help you all if you want dinner suggestions. I mentioned that prime rib recipe that we liked alot and this recipe for roast. I am not a chef by any means..just when I make something that really impresses us...will remind you all to look at the recipe in Big Red Recipes. If it suits your fancy-great..if not---that is ok..we all can't like the same things. Hope all is well with the Husker Fans
