Been looking forward to this movie for a long time. First trailer was released today.







EDIT: looks like the video has been taken down. They did this on YouTube a little bit ago too. I never understood the reasoning for doing that for a movie trailer. I would think you'd want as many people to see it as possible.

its to get people talking and building it up only to take it away so the legend of the movie grows. builds suspense for people that didnt get to see it.

Django (Jamie Foxx) is a slave living in the Deep South after having been separated from his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington). When Django is held for a slave auction, Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a bounty hunter, frees Django from his owner and gives him the option of hunting down and killing the Brittle Brothers, a ruthless gang of killers whom only Django has seen. In return, Schultz will free Django from slavery completely and help rescue Broomhilda from the plantation of the francophile owner, Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio).

Looks like this'll be a good one. Doesn't come out till Xmas. Seems like an eternity away.
