....if he chose to work out an agreement to resign before season's end and only get half his buyout. If the guy has any respect to the University and the athletic department he needs to admit that he is a failure, resign for half instead waiting to be fired and take all of the buyout. It's the least he could do after all that he has already been paid for absolutely nothing.

 
Sorry man,it was a bad year. But I dont give 2 chits about your respect. If you want me gone then pay me my contract or let me go to work and hopefully these jr college kids coming in get me some respect. But a contract is a contract.

 
We took a chance on Doc. We beleived in Doc. It was the decision of the UNL system to give him that contract. He deserves to receive every penny of it.

 
by quitting now. He won't though. And realize the only reason he deserves all the $$$ he's going to get is because the University acted about as intelligently as a dead rock.

Nah.. TO should have stopped giving him fricking extensions until he did something to prove he was worth them.

Doc should be happy he lasted this long and shouldnt be stiffed a dime... He will land on elsewhere.
