that the Blackshirts are stored in? I think the Defense did one hell of a job today and really played their asses off. They deserve them! Come on Bo, let em have em........... :woo

 
I don't see why not. The Defense it playing their hearts out..they are hitting people...putting pressure of the qb....i dont think Bo is looking for numbers or stats....i think he is looking for reckless abandon and heart...there for...i think we need to see the BLACKSHIRTS!

Very good argument there...I think our only significant problem today was on the turnover issue. Though the D gave up 2 or 3 huge plays, I would say it's time to give 'em a break. But then you think about the last game...oh hell!

I liked how the defense (the whole team really :horns2 ) responded from last week and think this is a great win for Nebraska. But I'll let Pelini and the definsive staff make the call on whether or not the defense deserve their blackshirts.

NO....they are still giving up too many big plays. If they would not have given up 60+ to OU, I would think a little more about it, but I think it is a sacred tradition and most of these guys were included in ruining that tradition last year....you can blame Coz all you want, but they were the ones playing the game.

With that being said, they have showed great strides and are playing with heart. Maybe for the bowl game??

 
Pat them on the back for hangin tough, but no do not hand out blackshirts...maybe to Suh and Potter though lol.
