Does Suh have the most Heisman votes for a full time defender?

I know that Woodson won the award but he got it also for his return game and his play a WR.

So I was wondering does Suh have the most votes for a defender in Heisman history, if someone could make a list of top 5 for full time defenders finishings that would be nice.

And don't bring up the one play Suh played as a FB that doesn't count to considered a multiple position player

 
Yes he has the most points ever as a pure defender and as a 4th place finisher.

BTW Woodson returned kicks as well.
