Does the Kenny Wilson run concern you??

I am not worried at all. So Kenny broke a run? Anyone that has ever played football knows that sometimes the defense wins in practice and sometimes the offense wins in practice. Maybe the defense was stuffing the run most of the time and Wilson just broke a good run.

My other thought is that I would rather have a run break loose like that on us in practice so the defense can watch the film and see their mistakes and fix them so it doesnt happen in an actual game.

I can't wait for Saturday though....

And C'mon how bad can the defense be with Mckeon, Rudd, Bradley, and Octavian as our linebackers!!!!!

I don't think that saying it was at the end of practice should be used as a crutch to not be worried about our run defense. When you are tired in the fourth quarter of a big game, you cannot have something like this happen. That is the time that you find out who wants it the most. Plays like that are not excusable, maybe a missed tackle or two would be, but that was just awful by our defense.

Runs happen period. No big deal either way. Who cares. It was friggen practice. One of the supposed best backs in the country. You think the Bus never drug top defenders around.

According to who? We may all treat Wilson as a great back, but outside Nebraska people will call the best backs Peterson, Lynch, Staton, and such. Kenny Wilson has not done anything at DI level yet to be considered a top back. Hopefully today he can prove me wrong, but practice runs do not make him an elite back.

 
I just watched that video. You know what was the first thing that to came to my mind? Adrian Peterson!! AD is one tough SOB to bring down. Kenny Wilson may be the same way. From what I seen in that video, the defense wrapped him up good but Wilson's strength kept him going.

And one last thing...DAYUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!! That run was out of this world! Reminded of Frazier against Florida :w00t :w00t

Supposed means someone thinks that. We have heard nothing but how good he is.

It was just practice. It means absolutely nothing.
