Fond Du Lac, WI -- Police say the Fond du Lac High School student who's accused of selling behavioral medication to schoolmates is a 14-year-old girl who took it from siblings.
Officials say the girl's three siblings were properly prescribed Adderall, an amphetamine used to treat attention deficit disorder. They say she sold it to fellow students for about 80 cents to a dollar per pill.
Police are recommending the girl be charged with theft and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
Authorities have referred a total of eleven students to prosecutors after arresting them December 22 for possessing a prescription drug.
The students were referred to Fond du Lac County Juvenile Intake and were suspended from school for three or five days.
