Milwaukee is #1 at 12.76 drinks, per person, per month. That doesn't seem like much. I probably average around 25 or 30 per month, which is about average for the guys I hang with. There must be a lot of people who don't drink anything that bring the average down.

Saw that! Just another bright spot to add to Sioux City, it will just be another thing the city council will focus on now. At least maybe they will quit worrying about pit bulls and if you have a couch on your porch. :facepalm:
