Wow thats a thing now? Guess we changed our 10 commandments of huskerboard to allow for posters to push traffic to their own content. Guess its time for me to submit my application to become a contributor. Bit confused why good ole trevor gets to spin up threads with content that was already covered ad nauseam under the northwestern presser post. Literally the only use for Trevor's post is to take people off this site to read his take, he doesn't even both to take 2 seconds to add anything useful to the discussion on this here board.

As a longtime huskerboard member I dont know how I feel about Trevor benefitting and profiting on the backs of the fair members around these parts. If anything, perhaps we should add a new section towards the bottom of the football forum or maybe just off it completely where the modern age journalistic grifters can copy and paste their regurgitated content for people to view

Honestly I'd rather pay a small nominal fee to keep this a high grade fan forum only site instead of having some random guy profit from traffic. I actually value a forum that allows the openness Huskerboard does without being force fed ads/service from a larger entity.

Slippery slope we're entering here in my opinion! If this is how we plan to operate so be it. I guess I now have a new side hustle I'm going to explore by spinning up my own site and paying the board to market on here. Don't see how thats any different than what @trevortarr gets to do

naw naw, we're much more than that man. We're gonna do actual journalistic and investigative work unlike the modern day aggregating grifter

Few articles I have some ideas on that we can brainstorm together on:
  • Modern Day Nepotism: Is It Back In Style? An exposē on Nebraska football- how a Head Coach's catch 22 and family soap opera has him stuck between a rock and a hard place.
  • Should we Throw or Pass?: An exposè on Nebraska football and how our OC flips a coin to decide what type of play call is next.
  • To have an interior D lineman or not? : An exposé on Nebraska football pioneering a new way to win in the big ten.

These are all works in progress, let's huddle together and start interviewing some folks for some quotes.
